1. AI Mail Management and Discovery
The platform now automates email organization for project teams:
- Automatic filing: Incoming emails and attachments are sorted into the correct project folder automatically
- Instant discovery: Deep search functionality enables locating messages or attachments in seconds
- Shared visibility: Project emails are accessible to all team members rather than remaining in personal inboxes
- Admin-controlled metadata: Custom fields (Client, Location, Project ID) maintain consistency and audit readiness
Expected outcome: Reduced time spent managing email, allowing professionals to focus on project delivery.
2. Structured Field Reports with Observations
Field reporting has been simplified to reduce documentation time:
- Observations: Users can photograph and dictate notes from the field
- Organized and exportable: Reports feature structured observations with embedded images
- Offline capability: Dictation works without internet connection; syncing occurs when reconnected
- Centralized dashboard: All reports and observations are managed in one unified interface
Expected outcome: Enhanced documentation quality, faster report turnaround, and reduced rework.
3. Faster RFP Responses with Agentic AI
Proposal development has been accelerated through AI assistance:
- AI drafting: Users can interact with RFP documents or access firm knowledge bases to generate proposal sections rapidly
- Smart editing: Content review, revision, and regeneration occur within Cogram's editor
- Custom knowledge base: Organizations can organize and maintain current, standardized content
